General Terms and Conditions
All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged.
If you discover any defects or damages upon receiving the product, please contact us and provide pictures indicating the relevant issues.
Wooden Products:
Wooden products are made of wood as raw material, so customers cannot request refunds or exchanges based on issues such as the depth or pattern of wood grain.
Occasional wood chips may appear on wooden trays, which are natural phenomena of wooden products and do not affect their use.
Playdough Products:
Playdough is colored with powdered fruits and vegetables after drying, so it may fade due to factors such as humidity. This is not a defect. Customers who cannot accept this should not place an order.
Playdough is packaged in aluminum cans, which may be dented due to international shipping conditions. Customers who cannot accept this should not place an order.
Eco-Friendly Stamps / Cutters / Bubble wands:
The Issuers products are biodegradable and require extra care to prolong their life. Biodegradable products will be clearly labelled. Please keep these products out of direct sunlight, and in a cool and dry place. These products are not dishwasher safe, microwave safe, or oven safe. All products are made of food grade material safe for food preparation, but are not themselves edible. All products and packaging are compostable above 180˚C between 3 to 6 months. Made from: Recycled wood-mill sawdust and PLA plastic.
PLA plastic is derived from plant-based sources such as fermented corn starch and the sawdust we use is recycled and untreated.
To prolong the life of your biodegradable Eco Bubble Wand, avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or moisture. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use and don't forget, they will wear faster than traditional plastics. Being eco-friendly, they will age as everything is supposed to, and leave little behind.
Silicone Colouring Mats
Silicone Colouring mats are thick and durable, but are not immune to sharp edges and permanent stains.
That said, it is inevitable that there are defective prints with ink smudges and such. While we have gone through every single mat to ensure the best is packed, there may be on rare occasions a few that slip through the crack. If you have received one of these, please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange an exchange. However, if you found your mat is staining, you are recommended removing the colour off the mats at least within a day or two of colouring. If you find your colours are not coming off completely with a damp microfibre cloth, a squirt of hand sanitiser will do the trick (and keep it germ free). If you have gone down that path and are still finding stubborn stains, please contact us at support@happyandsmiles.com with some photos and we will work out the best solution moving forward.
All product images may have color differences due to different display screens. Everything is subject to the actual product. Customers who are very concerned about color differences should place orders carefully.
We will ship according to the address provided by the customer. If any losses are incurred due to the customer providing an incorrect address, the store will not be responsible for such losses.
The delivery time for pre-ordered goods depends on international shipping conditions and may be delayed due to a lack of raw materials. Customers who cannot wait patiently should not place an order.
Due to the impact of the pandemic, global shipping and factories may be affected by closures and lockdowns, and the time required for pre-orders may be delayed.
All orders placed are deemed to have agreed to and understood all terms and conditions.

木製商品
木製商品以木為原材料，所以顧客不能以木紋的深淺或紋路等問題而提出退款或換貨。
木製托盤上偶然會出現木屑，是木製產品的自然現象，並不會影響使用。
黏土商品:
黏土以蔬果乾燥後磨成粉碎的色粉上色，所以會根據濕度等因素而退色，這不是瑕疵喔，如未能接受的顧客請勿下單。
黏土以鋁製罐子包裝，有機會因國際運輸悄情況而凹陷，如未能接受的顧客請勿下單。
環保印章/切割模具/泡泡棒：
發行者的產品是可生物降解的，需要額外的保護措施來延長其使用壽命。可生物降解產品將明確標記。請將這些產品遠離直射陽光，存放在陰涼乾燥的地方。這些產品不適用於洗碗機、微波爐或烤箱。所有產品均由食品級材料製成，適合食品製備，但本身不可食用。所有產品和包裝在3至6個月之間，於180℃以上的堆肥環境中可分解，由再生木材鋸屑和PLA塑料製成。PLA塑料來自於植物源，如發酵玉米澱粉，而我們使用的鋸屑是再生和未處理的。為了延長您的可生物降解環保泡泡棒的壽命，請避免將其暴露在直射陽光或潮濕的地方。不使用時請存放在陰涼乾燥的地方，並且請記住，它們比傳統塑料更容易磨損。作為環保產品，它們會像所有產品一樣老化，並且留下的垃圾很少。
矽膠彩色墊：
矽膠彩色墊厚實耐用，但不免受到銳利邊緣和永久性污漬的影響。也就是說，不可避免地會有有瑕疵的印刷品帶有墨水污漬等。雖然我們已經檢查過每一個墊子，以確保包裝的最佳品質，但偶爾仍可能有一些墊子會被忽略。如果您收到了這些之一，請與我們聯繫，我們將樂意安排更換。但是，如果您發現您的墊子有染色，建議您在彩色之後至少在一天或兩天內清除墊子上的顏色。如果您發現您的顏色無法完全由濕的超細纖維布清除，只需加一點手部消毒劑即可（並保持無菌）。如果您已經這樣做了，但仍然發現頑固的污漬，請通過support@happyandsmiles.com與我們聯繫，並附上一些照片，我們將為您找到最佳解決方案。
